This is the largest core size (2-9/16” (65mm)) in a new range of top quality Manpa sanding accessories. It consists of replaceable slotted brushes and sandpapers (#60 & #240 grit) easily fitted to the central aluminum core. The brushes and sandpaper are specially designed to easily flex over all kinds of larger surfaces, flat, contoured or difficult, while simultaneously cleaning wood shavings debris and sanding the surface. Each brush and sandpaper have ten (10) slots (a.k.a. fingers or teeth).

The unique design on this larger sander means you fit 12 brushes and 6 sandpapers (#60 & #240 grit) in a two brush to one sandpaper ratio, all easily fitted (by sliding) them onto the central core. This neat assembly is then secured to the Manpa Keyless Chuck MP21-29 which is tightened on either the end of the Multi Extension Shaft MP21-28 or in combination with the Sanding Tool MP21-12. With either or both extensions secured to your electric/battery power drills, this flexible EZ sander allows for rapid power sanding over large areas on nearly all wood surfaces. 

For greater flexibility, the EZ Sander 65 can also be used with a 4-1/2” (115mm) variable speed angle grinder, and other drill chuck units, all at or below 2,500 RPM. These sanders are different because the combination of rotating brushes and sandpaper, simultaneously cleans up debris and sands the surface.  These EZ sanders open up exciting new sanding methods while also greatly reducing fatigue and wear and tear on your body.
